AVOCADO DIPPING SAUCE
Ingredients
●
1 roasted red pepper
●
A few leaves of chopped fresh basil
●
A few springs
of dill
●
1 dessert spoon of mashed mustard with peppermint
●
1 dessert
spoon of extra
●
Virgin olive oil
●
Juice of a half lemon
●
Salt
Preparation
Peel and grate an avocado after removing its seed. Chop up the fresh basil and
dill. Cut the roasted red pepper in cubes. Add all ingredients into the avocado
and mix them. If you wish, you can squeeze lemons after cutting their heads
and serve the avocado mixture by adding lemon juice.
