High cholesterol is one of the most serious health
problems in today's world. It is among the leading factors
for heart diseases, which top the list of death causes in

lower cholesterol. He shared information about 10 foods
that are enemies of cholesterol.

Flaxseed is beneficial, but be careful!
Flaxseed is one of the most commonly used crops in the treatment of cholesterol. It
is rich in fiber and is an antioxidant. Consuming one tablespoon of granulated flaxseed
a day for two months lowers cholesterol levels. It also helps you lose weight and
regulate bowel movement. But you should be careful. It is suggested to use flaxseed
for treatment purposes only for two to three months. Moreover, experts don't
suggest consuming flaxseed for breast cancer, ovarian cancer and pregnancy period,
since it has estrogen-like effects.
