is gradually being lowered in our society for the recent

years. Whilemore people are caught by emotions and

this”, and “no one can treat me like that”, we cannot even

realizewe have those feelingsmost of the time.

Ways to control your anger

First of all, listen to the signals coming fromyour body.

They show themselves very quickly.

Do not forget that an angry person looks scary from

distance, and people facing himdefend themselves.

Leave the atmosphere for awhile.

If your spouse is also in this atmosphere, tell them

that youwould return and this abandonment is

actually a break you take to calmdown.

Ask questions to someone before commenting.

Focus your attention on their answers.

If you are unable to settle thematter, postpone the

talk.

If you do a thing that youwould regret doing, know

to apologize and express your regret onwhichever

level you are.
