Ways to control your anger

If your spouse is also in this atmosphere, tell them
that youwould return and this abandonment is
actually a break you take to calmdown.

Focus your attention on their answers.
If you are unable to settle thematter, postpone the
talk.

If you do a thing that youwould regret doing, know
to apologize and express your regret onwhichever
level you are.
