We create an Occupational Health and Safety culture and implement policies and practices that are one step ahead of legal and other requirements to make this culture a lifestyle for everyone.
We adopt that the activities carried out within this framework are the joint responsibility of all employees and ensure the consultation with and participation of employees and employee representatives in Occupational Health and Safety activities.
We adopt as a principle the elimination of Occupational Health and Safety hazards in all business processes, including changes, starting from the planning stage, and we analyze the health and safety risks that may arise, and we ensure the participation of all our employees in risk reduction studies.
We support continuous improvement and development to increase Occupational Health and Safety performance by targeting the zero occupational disease and by taking necessary precautions.
We plan and implement training activities to raise the Occupational Health and Safety awareness of all our stakeholders and to remind them to be aware of the duties and responsibilities.
Within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety awareness, we analyze the feedback from all our stakeholders and convert them into necessary actions.
