Tobacco Workshop from Green Crescent

In the workshop where Turkey’s strengths and weaknesses, existing opportunities, and possible threats in the fight against addiction were evaluated, the opening speech was given by the Secretary General of Green Crescent Attorney Osman Baturhan Dursun.

With Prof. Dr. Recep Erol Sezer, Prof. Dr. Toker Erdüger, and Prof. Dr. Erkan Ceylan in the Organization Committee, specialist scientists scrutinized the aspect of article 5.3. of Tobacco Control Frame Agreement (TKÇS), smoke-free zone, plain package application, and new regulations regarding new tobacco products. The topics held in the closed-door workshop will be shared with public on 31 May World No Tobacco Day with the final declaration.
